Prior to Pradipta, he spent over 7 years in start-ups and e-commerce, including managing marketing teams across offline and digital channels on both the retail and agency sides. He got his start in marketing as a digital marketer. He is deeply passionate about growing Pradipta into a great agency in the industry. Deri also loves playing basketball on Sundays and taking pictures with his old camera.
